United States delivery
Standard shipping is currently offered free on eligible US orders. Published delivery guidance is generally 2–5 business days after shipment, but remote locations, holidays, weather and carrier conditions may add time.
Address availability should be confirmed at checkout. Current product guidance excludes Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes from standard delivery.
Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment and address checks are complete. When your package leaves the warehouse, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking scans can take time to appear after the label is created.
Changing an address
Contact agent@colabox-official.com as soon as possible. An address cannot usually be changed after carrier handoff.
Canada and cross-border orders
Available delivery services and charges are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other destination charges may be the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Delivery trouble
If tracking is stalled, marked delivered but missing, or the package arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and tracking details.
