Return eligibility
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. The device must be undamaged and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and included components. Returns purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered by this policy.

- Wait for authorization and the correct return instructions. Support generally aims to respond within 24 hours.
- Pack every included item securely and use the supplied return destination.
- Keep tracking details until your refund is complete.
Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support promptly after delivery and include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will assess the order and explain the available replacement or refund path.
